Privacy Policy – Fred Allard

When you agree to receive our newsletter by email, we send you emails to keep you informed about our sales, news and offers. In this context, Allard Factory collects some of your personal data, namely: surname, given name, country and city of residence, postal code, email address.

This data is stored and used exclusively for the purpose of sending you our Newsletters.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent in accordance with Article 6.1 (a) GDPR.

You may withdraw your consent at any time via the link provided for this purpose in each of the newsletters or by sending an email to the address specified in the “Contact us” section of this Policy.

The data collected is stored for a period of three years and will then be deleted or archived.

At the end of this period, all of your collected data will be automatically deleted, unless you exercise your right to delete before this period, or a longer retention period is required under a statutory or regulatory provision.

I.3 Ordering a work on the Allard Factory website

When you order a work on our website, we collect and process some of your personal data, namely: surname, given name, email address, telephone number, postal address. We process and collect this data in order to respond to your request, process your order, and inform you of the status of this order.

The legal basis for the processing of this data is compliance with our contractual obligations in accordance with Article 6.1 (b) GDPR.

The purpose of the data processing carried out is to manage your order.

After your last work order from Allard Factory or after your last contact with Allard Factory, your data will be stored for three years and will then be deleted or archived.

I.4 Visit to our website Allard Factory

IV. Recipients of collected data

– For the online payment solution: Stripe France, a single-member limited liability company, with a share capital of 1,000.00 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register, under number 807 572 011, whose registered office is located at 10, boulevard Haussmann in Paris (75009), represented by Mr Stephen O’Callaghan and Ms Eileen MC Crea.
– For deliveries: Desiage Storage Logistique DSL, a simplified joint stock company with a share capital of 15,000.00 euros, registered with the Cusset Trade and Companies Register, under number 831 326 012, whose registered office is located at rue de la Verrerie in Saint-Yorre (03270), represented by Mr Renaud Lionard.

Allard Factory may share personal data with third parties, where required by law, or if such disclosure is necessary to respond to any complaint made against it, comply with any legal request, in the event of an emergency involving public health or the physical integrity of a person, in the context of an enquiry and investigation or in order to guarantee the rights, property and safety of Allard Factory.

V. Your rights

Pursuant to the GDPR, you have several rights.

You have:

– the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data available to Allard Factory;
– the right to access your personal data in order to rectify, modify or erase any error or incorrect information;
