Each sculpture by Fred Allard is a unique, original artwork, handcrafted with the greatest care in his family workshop. To ensure your piece reaches you in perfect condition, we work exclusively with specialized art transporters.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the nature of the order, generally ranging from 7 to 21 business days. Each piece is shipped in a wooden crate with interior foam padding to guarantee its safety during transport.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow its delivery in real time.

Due to the fragile and unique nature of Fred Allard’s artworks, returns are exceptionally rare. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before confirming your order.

However, if you notice any damage caused during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the package and the artwork. If the crate appears damaged upon delivery, it is essential to note detailed reservations with the carrier before signing the delivery slip. We will then arrange a return or replacement in coordination with you.

Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance. We remain at your disposal for any questions and are happy to assist you in making your selection.

Fred Allard’s artworks, primarily composed of resin and delicate elements, require gentle care to preserve their appearance:

• Clean gently using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth, or a product such as “Pledge.”
• Never use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical products, as they may damage the resin or embedded elements.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent yellowing or discoloration.
• Handle the artwork with care — preferably while wearing gloves — to avoid fingerprints or scratches.
