Alexis Pinturault, a life at the summit
Share

Before racing down the world’s most prestigious slopes, Alexis Pinturault grew up in Courchevel, at the heart of the mountains that shaped him. As part of Fred Allard’s “Vide Ton Sac” project, he shares the objects that tell his story, his journey, his passions, and the personal bonds that give meaning to his life.
At the center of his selection is a ski bib, marked by his three greatest victories, symbolizing demanding runs, countless hours of training, and unforgettable moments of triumph. Close to his heart, the “AR” logo represents his marriage and highlights the importance of his relationship with his wife, a cornerstone of his balance. Snowflakes, echoing his medals, evoke his defining achievements, from Courchevel to the Olympic Games. Finally, the Annapurna Hotel, an emblematic family establishment, embodies his roots and the transmission of the values most dear to him.
A SCULPTURE CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE AND HERITAGE
Fred Allard transforms these objects into a work of art where intimacy and universality intertwine. The sculpture pays tribute to Alexis Pinturault, not only as an extraordinary champion, but also as a man deeply connected to his roots and to the family values that guide him at every step of his life.
