Sébastien Ogier, between speed and tradition
Share

World Rally Champion Sébastien Ogier takes part in Fred Allard’s “Vide Ton Sac” project, revealing the objects that tell the story of his passions, memories, and the essential connections in his life. Far from the roar of rallies and podiums, he offers an intimate glimpse into the man behind the driver.
At the heart of his selection, a rally steering wheel and three miniatures of his cars illustrate his achievements and dedication on the tracks. Connected to this wheel, a jack plug symbolizes the constant support of his wife, a journalist, who has accompanied him since the beginning of his journey. A boule lyonnaise ball recalls his regular practice of the sport and his attachment to local traditions. For his family, he chose a red Lego piece, representing both his son’s favorite color and the central role of his loved ones. Finally, a ski pass evokes his passion for the mountains and his engagement as an instructor, an essential aspect of his personal balance.
A SCULPTURE THAT TELLS A STORY OF PASSION AND LOYALTY
Fred Allard transforms these objects into a work in which each element finds its place, reflecting Sébastien Ogier’s full personality. The sculpture highlights an extraordinary champion, but also a man loyal to his roots, close to his family, and passionate about adventure in all its forms.
